Building Commissioning

Commissioning services apply to new construction projects or existing buildings using industry’s well-known standards including ASHRAE commissioning protocols, Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning as part of LEED BD+C and Commissioning requirements under IECC Energy Code. Acting as a ASHRAE BCxP certified commissioning agent , we are qualified to lead, plan, coordinate and manage a commissioning team to implement the commissioning process in new and existing buildings.

Through our parent company, Tempo Inc, we have commissioned over 250,000 HVAC systems since 1966. Our long history and vast knowledge in air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and plumbing provides the expertise that our clients demand in commissioning any type of HVAC system to insure optimal operation.

Commissioning is a process that verifies and documents that a building’s MEP systems are designed, installed, tested, and performing as intended by the building owner’s project requirements. The building owner’s maintenance staff receives in depth training to understand and operate the building systems efficiently.
