BUILD QUALITY INSPECTIONS
Build Quality Inspections are done at the final stage of construction to ensure the quality of the home before the buyer walk-through. Our inspectors look at all aspects of the home and go through a detailed checklist that includes roofing, masonry, flat-work, landscaping, fencing, fascia, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, interior finishes, and flooring. Reports are sent to the builder directly from the jobsite which include pictures and a detailed description of each item. Builders have found that these reports lower potential warranty costs and increase customer satisfaction. Reporting is also available to track the performance of materials, trades, and construction managers.
